¼ Cup Champagne Vinegar
Juice Of 1 Lime
¾ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Shallot, Diced Fine
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
½ Tsp Honey
Cracked Black Pepper & Sea Salt To Taste 


1.       Add Shallots, Mustard, Honey & Lime juice in a glass or non-metallic bowl.

2.      Add Vinegar while whisking

3.      Very slowly, pour Olive Oil into bowl while mixing continuously until the dressing has emulsified.

4.      Add Black Pepper and Salt to taste.
