¼ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Bourbon Or Whisky
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
2 Lbs Salmon Filet With Skin
2 Slices Apple Smoked Bacon


1.      Combine First 6 Ingredients And Mix Well. Place Salmon In Baking Dish And Cover Wtll With Marinade. Let Salmon Marinate Or At Least 3o Minutes.

2.      (Optional) If Using Cedar Plank, Soak In Water For About An Hour Before Grilling.

3.      Set Grill To Medium High Heat.

4.      Place Salmon On Cedar Plank Or Baking Dish (If Using Oven, Preheat To 350).

5.      Grill Or Bake For 20-30 Minutes Or Until Fish Is Cooked But Not Dry.

6.      If Using Oven You Can Set To Broil To Finish Bacon Just Before Serving.

Allow Salmon To Rest At Least 8 Minutes Before Serving.
