3 Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tsp Fresh Ginger, Grated
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
1/3 C Olive Oil
2 Lbs Ahi Tuna Filet, Cut Into 4 Equal Pieces
Salt & Pepper To Taste


1.      Season Tuna Filet With Salt & Pepper

2.      Combine Honey, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Garlic , Ginger And Olive Oil In A Mixing Bowl And Whisk Until All Ingredients Are Incorporated.

3.      Brush Tuna Filets With Marinade And Lay In A Baking Dish. Cover With Remaining Marinate. Cover And Refrigerate For About 20-30 Minutes.

4.      Heat Some Oil In A Large Sauce Pan.

5.      Cook Tuna Filets For About 1-2 Minutes Per Side Over Medium Heat. Carefully Remove From Pan.

Add Remaining Marinade To Pan And Reduce To Desired Consistency. Spoon Over Fish And Serve Immediately.
