• 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Whole Branzino (Per Person), Scaled And Cleaned (Head & Tail Left Intact)
• 6 Fresh Marjoram Sprigs 
• 4 Thin Lemon Slices, Halved 
• 1 Cup Dry White Wine 
• 1 Cup Fish Stock
• Sea Salt 


1.       Preheat Oven To 350˚. Combine Butter And Lemon Juice In A Small Bowl.  Brush 2 Tbsp Of This Mixture Onto A Foil Lined Broiler Pan.

2.      Mix Together Salt, Parsley, Paprika &White Pepper. Sprinkle On Both Sides Of Grouper Filets.

3.      Bake Filets For About 10 Minutes Or Until Fish Flakes. Set Oven To Broil. Brush Grouper Again With Lemon Butter And Spread Mayonnaise On Fish. Broil Grouper For About 3-4 Minutes Or Until Top Of Fish Is Lightly Browned.

4.      Sprinkle With Paprika And Serve With A Lemon Wedge.
