• 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Whole Branzino (Per Person), Scaled And Cleaned (Head & Tail Left Intact)
• 6 Fresh Marjoram Sprigs 
• 4 Thin Lemon Slices, Halved 
• 1 Cup Dry White Wine 
• 1 Cup Fish Stock
• Sea Salt 


1. Preheat Oven To 400°F.

2. Sprinkle Branzino Inside And Out With Salt. Stuff Cavity With Marjoram Sprigs And Lemon Slices. Arrange Fish In Baking Dish. Pour In Wine, 1 Cup Stock. Drizzle With 11 Tablespoons Oil.

3. Roast Fish 15 To20 Minutes. Remove From Oven. Sprinkle With Sea Salt.  Let Fish Rest About 5-8 Minutes Before Serving.

4. Serve Immediately
