• 12 oz Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
• 8 oz Shrimp Peeled and deveined
• 2 ripe Avocados
• 1 can White Asparagus 
• Juice of 2 Lemons
• Parsley, chopped fine
• White Balsamic Vinegar
• Aioli Mayonnaise (see attached recipe) 


1. Clean and devein Shrimp and blanch in boiling water, then chill.

2. Gently clean Crab and remove any bits of shell if necessary.

3.Put Crab and Avocado into a bowl and carefully fold Aioli Dressing, Parsley, Lemon Juice, and Salt. Fold gently with the spatula.

4. Place 2 stalks Asparagus on each plate, Add Chilled Shrimp on plate put and drizzled with extra Virgin Olive Oil

5. Serve with warm bread and enjoy!
