• 2 (12) Oz Jars Piquillo Peppers
• 5 Oz Goat Cheese
• 3Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
• 1 Pinch Sea Salt 
• 1 Lb. Fresh Spinach Roughly Chopped  


1. Preheat Oven To Broil 

2. Wilt Spinach In Hot Pan With Olive Oil, Garlic, And Salt. - Set Aside And Cool 

3. Crumble Goat Cheese Into Spinach And Fold Gently 

4. Gently Open Stem Of Peppers 

5. Carefully Stuff 1-1 Tsp Goat Cheese Inside Each Pepper 

6. Placed In A Baking Dish, Glazed With Extra Virgin Olive Oil

7. Broil 7-10 Minutes Or Until Cheese Is Soft And Peppers Are Heated Through 

8. Serve And Enjoy!
